Dubai’s property market has witnessed a record surge in transactions, with total sales reaching AED 423 billion—an impressive 30% increase compared to the previous year. Property prices are projected to rise by 5-8% in 2025, with premium locations such as Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai expected to see even higher appreciation.
The market remains attractive due to large-scale infrastructure developments, a booming tourism sector, and investor-friendly initiatives like the golden visa. Dubai’s long-term real estate vision aims to achieve a market valuation of AED 1 trillion, reinforcing its status as a premier global investment destination.
