Azerbaijan Launches ‘ASAN Visa’ System for Pakistani Travelers, Enhancing Visa Application Process and Promoting Tourism
Azerbaijan has introduced the innovative ‘ASAN Visa’ system to simplify and expedite visa applications for Pakistani citizens, aiming to boost international tourism and foster cultural exchange.
The ‘ASAN Visa’ system provides Pakistani travelers with a user-friendly platform to apply for e-visit visas to Azerbaijan. The process involves three simple steps: online visa application submission, payment of the visa fee, and downloading the e-visa upon approval.
This streamlined process eliminates traditional paper-based applications and bureaucratic hurdles, ensuring efficiency and convenience for Pakistani visitors.
Visa fees for Pakistani nationals are $26 for regular processing and $61 for urgent processing, with standard processing taking three working days and urgent processing guaranteeing issuance within three hours. Applicants can access the ‘ASAN Visa’ system through Azerbaijan’s immigration services website at www.evisa.gov.az.
