The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced changes to two HBL PSL X fixtures due to the expected heatwave across the country.
The day match on May 1 between Multan Sultans and Karachi Kings, initially planned at Multan Cricket Stadium, has been moved to Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and will now begin at 3 PM.
On the same day, Gaddafi Stadium will host a doubleheader, aligning with Labour Day celebrations.
Meanwhile, the night clash between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators will go ahead at 8 PM as scheduled.
Additionally, the final match originally set for May 10 in Multan — Multan Sultans vs Quetta Gladiators — has been pushed to May 11 and will also start at 8 PM at Multan Cricket Stadium.
The PCB finalized these changes after consulting stakeholders, taking into account logistics and the rising temperatures.
Fans who purchased tickets online for the May 1 match will receive automatic refunds, while those who bought from express centers can claim refunds at TCS outlets.
The board apologized for any inconvenience caused and confirmed that the existing tickets remain valid for the rescheduled matches.
