During a National Assembly session, it was disclosed that some Pakistani applicants had submitted incorrect documents, including fake degrees and job contracts, while applying for UAE visas. Concerns were raised over stricter visa scrutiny and potential limitations.
The Foreign Ministry clarified that although some Pakistanis overstayed their visas or misused social media, UAE authorities have not imposed any formal restrictions.
Additionally, the five-year visa program now requires applicants to provide proof of travel history, accommodation arrangements, and financial stability.
